FAQ — Faucets

Answers to the most frequently asked questions in this category.

A dedicated filtered-water faucet requires an extra hole in the countertop, next to the existing kitchen faucet. When we drill it as part of the installation — there's no extra charge.

In most cases a separate dedicated faucet is better, so the filtered water doesn't pass through the regular water plumbing. We'll check your kitchen and tell you what fits.

Brushed stainless steel, chrome and black — matched to your kitchen faucet's finish and kitchen style.

Not every faucet fits every system. It's important to match the faucet to the type of system — filtration only, cold and hot, or boiling water — so we match them together.

Matching the faucet to the system and kitchen, drilling if needed, connection, a full leak test and guidance on use.

Yes. There are combined systems that replace the kitchen faucet itself and provide regular hot and cold water together with filtered water — all from one faucet, with no extra faucet on the countertop and no extra drilling.

A wide range of dedicated faucets for under-sink water systems, heaters, chillers and filters, including single-handle faucets and combined (hot/cold) faucets. All faucets are made of hygienic lead-free materials and are available in a range of finishes — from matte black and gold to brushed stainless steel and chrome.

Dedicated faucet or combined faucet?

  • Dedicated faucet — a small separate faucet next to the kitchen faucet, dispensing only filtered water. The simpler and cheaper solution.
  • Combined faucet — replaces the kitchen faucet and includes both regular and filtered water, in one line and with no extra hole in the countertop.

What to check before ordering

  • The diameter of the hole in the countertop — most dedicated models require a 25 mm hole, and an existing countertop usually needs drilling
  • The number of handles that suits the system — one handle for filtered water, two for hot and cold
  • The height of the spout relative to the sink

Why it's not just aesthetics

  • A cheap faucet with a poor-quality internal mechanism is the most common cause of leaks under the sink
  • All the faucets here have a durable ceramic cartridge and seals designed for continuous operation
