Accessibility statement

The business BEILIN H2O — Yaniv Beilin, licensed dealer no. 066696006 (hereinafter: "the Business") attaches great importance to providing equal service to all its customers, and works to make its website accessible to people with disabilities, in the belief that every person deserves to live with equality, dignity and independence.

Accessibility level of the site

This site has been made accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and subject to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What has been made accessible on the site

Accessibility adjustments have been made on the site that allow, among other things:

  • Full keyboard navigation, including a clear indication of the focused element.
  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, to shorten navigation for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Compatibility with screen-reader software, including defining the page language and writing direction.
  • Alternative text for content images on the site. Decorative images are marked as such so that screen readers do not read them out.
  • A clear, hierarchical heading structure, with a single main heading on each page.
  • Adequate colour contrast between text and background.
  • Forms with linked labels and text error messages.

We continue to work on improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.

The site's accessibility menu

The site has a dedicated accessibility menu that allows every visitor to adjust the display to their personal needs.

How to open it: the accessibility button is permanently displayed at the bottom of the screen and is marked with an accessibility symbol. It can also be reached with the Tab key when navigating by keyboard. The menu is closed by clicking "Close", clicking outside the menu or pressing the Esc key.

The settings you choose are saved in your browser and stay with you as you move between pages of the site, so there is no need to set them again on every page.

Adjustment options available in the menu:

  • Increase and decrease text size — three display levels.
  • High contrast — increasing the contrast between text and background.
  • Invert colours — display in inverted colours.
  • Highlight links — clearly marking all links on the page.
  • Readable font — switching to a font with high letter distinction.
  • Increased text spacing — enlarging the spacing between letters, words and lines.
  • Stop animations — disabling motion and moving elements on the site.
  • Reset all settings — return to the default display.

Browser keyboard shortcuts

In addition to the accessibility menu, you can use the browser's built-in zoom functions:

  • Ctrl and + — zoom in.
  • Ctrl and − — zoom out.
  • Ctrl and 0 — return to the original size.
  • Tab — move between links and buttons on the page; Shift and Tab — move backwards.
  • F11 — full screen; pressing again returns to the normal view.

Supported browsers and technologies

The site has been tested and is supported in the common browsers in their current versions: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari, on computers and mobile devices. Using old browser versions may impair the browsing experience and the functioning of the accessibility components.

Components not yet made accessible

We invest continuous effort in making the site accessible; however, some pages or components may not yet be fully accessible, or a suitable technological solution may not yet have been found for them. This may include content embedded from third parties (such as videos, maps and external media components) that is not fully under our control. We are working to reduce these gaps and would be glad to receive a report of any component that is not accessible.

Physical accessibility arrangements

The Business has no place of activity open to the general public — service, installation and maintenance are carried out at the customer's home or business. Therefore, no building accessibility adjustments are required. Customers who need a special adjustment in the provision of service are invited to let us know in advance, and we will be happy to prepare accordingly.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you encountered a difficulty or a fault relating to accessibility while browsing, we'd be glad if you reported it to us. We undertake to review the enquiry and handle it as soon as possible.

So that we can deal with it quickly, we would appreciate it if you included in your enquiry:

  • A description of the problem you encountered.
  • The address of the page where the fault occurred.
  • The type of browser and device you used.
  • Assistive technology, if used (for example, screen-reader software).
