Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the BEILIN H2O website — Yaniv Beilin, licensed dealer 066696006. Use of the site and the purchase of products and services through it are subject to the terms set out in these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Your use of the site constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. General
The site serves as an online store for purchasing water products, filtration systems, food waste disposers and related products, and for arranging installation and maintenance services. The Hebrew terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to women and men.
2. Products and prices
The business does its best to present accurate information and up-to-date prices. Prices include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise. The business may update prices and product specifications from time to time. In the case of an obvious pricing error, the business may cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
3. Placing an order
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation message. Order confirmation is subject to the product being in stock and approval by the credit card company. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund the payment.
4. Installation and service
Products requiring installation will be coordinated with the customer separately. The installation date will be set by phone. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure access to the installation site and suitable infrastructure.
5. Delivery and shipping
Delivery times vary according to the product and area. The business will make an effort to deliver products within a reasonable time. Delays beyond the business's control are not its responsibility.
6. Cancellation and return policy
Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the product has not been used or damaged. No cancellation fees are charged for orders placed on the website. Products that have been installed or made specially for the customer may not be returnable.
7. Warranty
Products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty according to each product's terms. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, natural wear, or service carried out by anyone other than an authorized representative of the business.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, logo and design, is the property of the business and protected by copyright. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
The business respects users' privacy. Information collected is used solely for providing the service and will not be passed to a third party except in accordance with the site's privacy policy or as required by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute shall lie with the competent courts of the Central District.
13. Eligibility to make a purchase
Purchasing on the site is permitted to anyone who meets all of the following conditions together:
- The buyer is 18 years of age or older. A minor under 18 may not make a purchase on the site except through a guardian and with their approval.
- The buyer holds a valid Israeli ID card or is a corporation duly incorporated and registered in Israel.
- The buyer holds a valid credit card issued in Israel, or another payment method supported on the site.
- The buyer has an active email address and a delivery address in Israel.
Placing an order on the site constitutes the buyer's declaration that they meet all these conditions.
14. Product delivery and shipping times
The business will act to deliver products within the following times, counted in business days from the date of payment approval:
- Home delivery: up to 7 business days to the Center and Sharon regions, and up to 14 business days to the rest of the country.
- Product including installation: the installation date will be coordinated by phone with the customer within 3 business days of payment approval, and installation will be carried out within 14 business days, subject to the customer's availability.
- Product not in stock: if a product is not in stock, the business will inform the customer within 3 business days and offer an alternative delivery date or a full refund.
Deliveries are made Sunday–Thursday between 09:00–18:00, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.
Delivery is made to the address the customer provided in the order. The customer is responsible for providing a full, accurate address and being available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
Deliveries are made by external courier companies. The business will not be liable for delays due to force majeure, war, strikes, lockouts, Ministry of Health restrictions, or delays caused by the customer not responding to coordinate delivery or installation.
15. Product warranty
All products sold on the site come with an official manufacturer's or importer's warranty, according to the warranty terms of each product. The warranty certificate will be given to the customer on delivery of the product or at the end of installation.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Damage caused by natural wear or originating from the water quality at the installation site.
- Repair, dismantling or service carried out by anyone not authorized by the business or the manufacturer.
- Failure to carry out required routine maintenance, in particular failure to replace filters on the set dates.
- Damage caused by force majeure, fire, flooding or intentional damage.
The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product only, at the discretion of the business or the manufacturer. The business will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage of any kind, including loss of income, property damage or distress, caused as a result of using the product or being unable to use it.
