This policy sets out the terms of cancellation, return and refund at the business BEILIN H2O (Yaniv Beilin — Smart Water Solutions, licensed dealer 066696006), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. Right of cancellation
A transaction may be cancelled and a product returned within 14 days of receiving it.
Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, without having been connected to electricity or water, and in perfect condition. Only new products are accepted for return.
Cancellation fees
No cancellation fees are charged for orders placed on the website.
Returning the product to the business
Returns are made by mail or courier, at the customer's expense, to the address: Nahal Ayalon 5, Tzur Yitzhak. The cost of shipping the product back to the business is borne by the customer.
Refund
The refund will be made within 7 business days of the returned product being received by the business, to the payment method used for the transaction.
Exchanges
The business does not exchange products. A customer who wants a different product should cancel the transaction in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Installed products
A product that has been installed, connected to water or electrical infrastructure, or used — cannot be returned.
Consumable products
Consumable products, including filters, whose original packaging has been opened — cannot be returned.
Installation services
Installation services that have been performed cannot be cancelled after they are carried out. A pre-booked service appointment can be cancelled before it takes place, with no cancellation fee.
Warranty on installation work
The business provides a 30-calendar-day warranty on the quality of the installation work (the soundness of the connections made). The warranty does not cover failures resulting from faulty customer infrastructure or wear of existing plumbing.
Defective product
For a product found to be defective, its return and replacement will be at the business's expense, subject to inspection.
