BRITA Purity C Quell ST C150 Professional Water Filter – effective limescale protection and improved taste
{NL}Want to protect your equipment from limescale while improving every drink? The professional premium Purity C Quell ST C150 filter from the German brand BRITA offers a combination of powerful softening and rigorous purification. At BEILINH2O we're proud to offer you this filter, made in Germany (100% Made in Germany), serving coffee machines, espresso machines and hot and cold under-sink water systems. The system reduces limescale damage, removes off-tastes and ensures clear, quality water over time.
Key benefits:
Effective protection against limescale and corrosion: significant reduction of carbonate water hardness. Using the filter prevents limescale build-up on heating elements, maintains stable water pressure, extends the unit's life and prevents breakdowns and clogs.
Unique IntelliBypass technology: an exclusive smart Brita bypass system that ensures a consistent, stable water flow and maintains a precise filtration-to-bypass ratio even at especially low flow rates (such as when brewing coffee).
Advanced 4-stage filtration system: the water goes through a rigorous purification path: (1) mechanical pre-filtration for coarse particles, (2) targeted ion exchange to reduce limescale, (3) powerful activated carbon filtration to adsorb chlorine and contaminants, and (4) final fine filtration to capture tiny particles.
Significant improvement in taste and aroma: the filter neutralizes chlorine, organic compounds and off-odors that affect water quality, letting the true taste of your coffee, tea or drinking water come through.
Quick maintenance and a safe locking system: the filter is replaced simply and hygienically within seconds, thanks to a modern locking mechanism on the filter head that automatically shuts off the water flow during replacement – no leaks and no effort.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the C50 and C150 in the Quell ST series?
{NL}Both models use the same advanced 4-stage filtration and softening technology and provide the same water quality and limescale protection. The only difference between them is the physical size of the cartridge and its filtration capacity: while the compact C50 offers a capacity of up to 960 liters and suits low consumption, the C150 offers an enlarged tank and a capacity of up to 2,400 liters, making it the right choice for homes, offices and businesses with constant, high water consumption.
How often should the filter be replaced?
{NL}The filter's official capacity is up to 2,400 liters, but the actual filtration rate is affected by the specific water hardness in your area. However, for health and hygiene reasons (to prevent bacteria and sediment from developing inside the cartridge), and to ensure continuous protection of your heating elements, we recommend replacing the filter cartridge at least every 12 months, even if you haven't reached the full liter capacity.
