Common questions
How long does installation take?
In most kitchens between one and two hours. If the countertop needs drilling — a little longer. Everything is done in one visit.
Do I need a power outlet under the sink?
For a system with heating or cooling — yes. If there isn't one, a line can be run. Send a photo of the cabinet and we'll tell you in advance.
How often are filters replaced?
It depends on the model and consumption, usually once a year. We send a reminder when it's time.
What's the difference from reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis filters more deeply but wastes water and removes minerals. For most homes a regular under-sink system is enough. We'd be happy to explain what suits you.
Can it be installed in an existing kitchen without renovating?
Yes. Most of our installations are in existing kitchens.
